Directions and access
Main park gates are open from 6am to 9pm during daylight savings hours and 6am to 7pm during non-daylight saving hours.
Drive past the Pou, around a sharp right-hand bend and down the small hill. The campground is past the ford and through the locked gate.

Booking information
Bookings can only be made six months in advance for campgrounds. Availability refreshes at midnight daily.

Amenities
Drinkable (potable) water is limited - boil water for at least three minutes before using.
No power supply.
No toilets as vehicles must be self-contained.
Rules
Dogs, other animals and pets are prohibited at all times.
Your campsite must be clean and tidy during your stay, and when you leave.
No bins or rubbish disposal facilities. Take all rubbish and recycling with you when you leave.
You may stay in certified self-contained (CSC) campervans at this site. Must have a current NZS5465 Certified Self-Containment Certificate from Ministry for the Environment.
You may not stay in tents or any other vehicles.Fires prohibited at all times.
