Alcohol Control Bylaw 2014
This bylaw protects public safety by enabling alcohol bans in public places that experience high levels of alcohol-related crime or disorder.

This bylaw promotes the sustainable and safe use of council cemeteries and crematoria. It contains rules about burials, cremation, memorials and exhumation.

Dog Management Bylaw 2019
This bylaw promotes responsible dog ownership. It includes rules about where to take your dog, picking up your dog's waste and keeping more than two dogs in urban areas.

Food Safety Information Bylaw 2020
This bylaw promotes high food safety standards. It requires most Auckland restaurants, bars, cafés and takeaways to display a food safety information certificate.

This bylaw promotes safe recreational and commercial use of Auckland's waters. It includes rules about wearing lifejackets, jet ski registration, moorings and areas where swimming and vessels are restricted.

This bylaw provides for signs that protect people and environment. It includes rules for permanent and temporary signs on private and public property, including sign location, number, size, content and illumination.
