How to change your address or contact details
If you are from a rescue organisation and want to update dog information, do not use our online form. Email us at dogregistration@aklc.govt.nz and we can assist you with your request.
You need a myAUCKLAND account to complete this form.
You will be asked to log in to your account or register for a new account.
Complete the 'Dog owner change of contact details form' and post it to:

Moving to Auckland
If you are moving to Auckland permanently, let your old council know this within six weeks of your move.
