This programme provides the opportunity to gather and process information on how market forces drive the farming economy and initiate farming changes.
Students learn the results of genetic breeding on stock, the concept of dominant and recessive alleles and how to identify different breeds of sheep and cattle. They also examine the properties and use of different types of wool.
