How people influence life in our waterways.
Experiences
An action-packed day investigating how people affect coastal environments and streams. Through hands on learning we explore the waterways of Long Bay and examine how people have used the streams and rivers over time.
Meet the animals living in Long Bay streams and learn how they are affected by changes to their environment. Students then observe examples of human impacts on waterways and identify potential pollution sources. They will learn how their own actions can help preserve the health of our streams.
