About the Albert-Eden Local Board Accommodation Fund
Community groups and organisations can apply for an accommodation grant to cover:
- rental and/or lease payments
- rates
- ongoing venue hire costs.
You will need to provide evidence of the accommodation costs.
If your application is for a venue under our community lease or occupancy agreement, you will need to confirm we have approved your sub-lease or hireage.

Successful applicants must submit an accountability report at the end of their project or activity. This is required to show us how the grant was used.
We will not give any future funding to applicants who do not complete this report.
