Your responsibilities if you receive CCS funding
You must:
- use the Creative Communities logo on all of your promotional material
- acknowledge the assistance of Creative Communities verbally at event openings, performances, etc.
- use the grant within one year of receiving it
- complete a project report in the Smartygrants website. Click on the My submissions link at the top of the page. The report must be completed within two months of finishing your project (otherwise you will be ineligible for future funding).
- meet all legal requirements including Health and Safety
We welcome images of your project in action that we may use to illustrate successful projects and promote the scheme.
Promote your project
You can promote your project on OurAuckland.
You would need to fill out and submit the OurAuckland's List your event form for your event to be:
- listed on the OurAuckland website
- considered for inclusion in OurAuckland's weekly e-newsletter and monthly magazine.
You can also use Eventfinder to promote your project.
