The applicant seeks land use consent to establish a free-standing three-sided (triangle shaped) digital billboard measuring 11m in total height (which includes the screen and the support structures) and each digital screen measuring 12m wide x 4m high each, facing Fred Taylor Drive, Tawhia Drive and Kohuhu Lane in the Business – Metropolitan Centre Zone and in Westgate sub-precinct A.
