Details of the proposed activity

The Botanic Limited Partnership is applying for the construction of 21 new residential units (including 9 apartments and 12 villas of 2-3 bedrooms each) for the establishment of an Integrated Residential development. The proposal is an extension to the Botanic Retirement Village at Silverdale. Diversion and discharge of stormwater permit is sought. The subject site is within the Stormwater Management Controlled Area Flow. Associated parking, access, connections, and enabling works for the development on the north-eastern portion of the subject site. Comprehensive development signage associated with the development is proposed.
