Details of the proposed activity

• To establish and operate a managed fill activity for the deposition of approximately 790,000m3 of fill over a period of up to 10 years. • Land use consent (s9) to construct and operate a managed fill facility, to undertake land disturbance (district and regional earthworks), infringement to the maximum vehicle crossing width, piping part of an overland flowpath, to drill a new water bore, and earthworks & vegetation removal within or within a 10m setback from a natural inland wetland (NES: Freshwater). • Discharge consent (s15) to discharge contaminants from a managed fill facility that does not meet permitted activity levels of the AUP(OP). Overall, the proposal is a Discretionary activity.
