Details of the proposed activity

To create one in-situ rural lot as shown on the scheme plan. The proposed lot areas are as follows: • Lot 1 - 1 hectare fronting Webber Road with a specified building area. • Lot 2 - 39.8920 hectares balance area. The lot will continue to be farmed and will include the protected wetland areas in the main valley. The proposed subdivision is based on protecting 0.58 hectares of wetland and an additional 1.8 hectares of buffer areas.
