Auckland Council is intending pursuant to section 15(2) of the Reserves Act 1977 to request the Minister of Conservation to authorise, subject to survey, an exchange of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule at 39 Northboro Road, Hauraki (Northboro Reserve) shown as red in the map (Appendix A) , for the land described in the Second Schedule at 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 Lowe Street, 7 and 9 Hillary Crescent, and 57 Everleigh Road, Belmont shown as blue in the map (Appendix A) and that the land in the Second Schedule shall be held for recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
