Moana Reserve
313 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Ōrewa

About Moana Reserve

Large open space adjacent to the beach and opposite Ōrewa's cafes and restaurants. Good paths connect the toilets at the northern end of the reserve with the paved area and an accessible ramp down to the beach at the southern end.

Lots of open grass and paved areas provide room for a variety of recreational activities.

Access from Hibiscus Coast Highway or from the beach.

Toilets, picnic tables and seating are inside the reserve.

Follow the 6km Ōrewa Beachfront Path to enjoy stunning views and the popular Ōrewa shops. If you're feeling energetic you can also do the 7.6km loop Te Ara Tahuna / Ōrewa Estuary Path around the estuary.
