This beach is on the southern side of the island and is part of The Esplanade.
Access from the bottom of Moa Avenue.
There is a set of two swings, seating and a picnic table on the waters edge.
Note: The endangered godwit (kuaka) fly from Alaska to Blackpool Beach each year to nest and raise their young. Please keep your dogs on leash and stay away from the nesting areas during this time.

Animals
Dogs must be on leash at all times in our parks unless otherwise stated in the dog walking section.
Alcohol

Waste
Use bins where provided to dispose of your rubbish. If there are no bins take all rubbish and recycling with you when you leave.
Outdoor fires
It is illegal to light open fires in public areas in the Auckland region.
