Large open green space with fitness equipment, established trees and a good network of paths linking the entrances and the facilities. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around with a ball or learn to ride their bikes on the flat paths.
Access the car park from Robertson Road. The car park gates are open 7am to 9m daily. Pedestrians can also access from Swanson Road and Carlas Way.
A playground, toilets and changing rooms, parking, sports fields, picnic table and seating are inside the park.
Follow the 900m Rānui Domain Path around the park.
Good concrete paths connect the entrances with the car park, sports fields, fitness stations, water fountain, and the ponds at the northern end of the park. A section of the path near the ponds is steep - you can see this marked on the Ranui Domain accessible map.
The playground is fully fenced, and has a good range of inclusive and accessible play equipment.
An accessible car park is available near the sports building.
The park is also home to the Waitemata Seagulls League Club.
