Starts at 738 Sandringham Road Extension, Mt Roskill
This path links Keith Hay Park and Mt Roskill War Memorial Park. It is a sealed, wide shared path, which bridges the motorway. This means safe and well designed crossing points of roads.
The route is relatively flat and offers plenty to do or see on the way.
There are a range of points of interest along the Mt Roskill War Memorial section of the path. Some of them include the War Memorial at the May Road end, the elaborate eel bridge over Oakley Creek, and a 14 station fitness circuit.
The bridge over SH20 to Keith Hay Park provides a great view to Puketāpapa (Mt Roskill) and over Keith Hay Park.
Keith Hay Park offers a great kids playground, plenty of open space, and the Cameron Pool and Leisure Centre.
You can extend your journey to Molley Green Reserve to the south where you will find two outdoor basketball courts.
