Designated parking area for NZS5465 certified self-contained (CSC) campervan or motorhome only located in the main car park. Maximum of one vehicle per booking.
CSC vehicles can stay for one night in the designated parking area. During winter (non-daylight saving), CSC vehicles can stay up to three nights when the Āwhitu Peninsula campground and Brook campground are closed.
We have closed large sections of the Waitākere Ranges to prevent the spread of kauri dieback.
When you visit our parks, you need to clean your footwear and equipment to avoid transferring disease from one area to another.

Main park gates are open from 6am to 9pm during daylight savings hours and 6am to 7pm during non-daylight saving hours.
Enter the park via Brook Road. The parking area is located on the southern side of the circular road.

You may stay in certified self-contained (CSC) vehicles at this site. It must have a current NZS5465 Certified Self-Containment Certificate from Ministry for the Environment.
Motorhomes, campervans, caravans, 5 wheelers and buses must not be longer than 10m.
You may not stay in tents or portable container dwellings.
