Object to your property's waste information

Before you start

Do not use this form to object to a property valuation.

If you want to exchange your bin for a different size, or request a new bin, you can do this using our bin services form.

You can check your rates details online.

Objections to waste information can only be submitted by the property’s ratepayer.

Your privacy

We will use the information you provide in this form for the purpose of your intended interaction with us, and we may use it for training purposes. See our privacy policy, for more information.

1. Your property location

2. Reasons for objecting to bin charges

Exchange your rubbish bin

You can exchange your bin for a different size online.

Being charged for council services

We are now charging for rubbish services through property rates.

We recommend you order a new bin online if you do not have one on your property.

If you live in a unit or apartment, you may be able to opt out of council services. Visit Waste collection services at units and apartments.

Being charged for multiple bins

Our rating policy applies to every separately used or inhabited part of a property.

This means if you have a home with a flat, unit, additional or minor dwelling, you will pay two waste charges/targeted rates.

If you still think the property information we have on our database is incorrect, continue filling out the form.
