Payment due dates
If you pay by internet banking on the due date, we will treat the payment as received on time.
To find out when your next rates installment is due, visit Due dates for property rates payments.
Banks have different cut-off times for processing transactions. Pay by the due date to avoid a penalty.
Pay rates for more than one property
You cannot use internet banking to make a lump sum payment for more than one property.
You need to:
- set up individual bill payments for each property
- ensure the relevant payee is used for each property. This will depend on where the property is located.
You can make a lump sum on myAUCKLAND for more than one property.
