Online EFTPOS unavailable
Online EFTPOS will be unavailable on the Auckland Council website and myAUCKLAND from 31 October 2025 until mid-2026 while we do essential system upgrades.
During this time you will need to use a different method of payment, such as:
- internet banking
- direct debit
- telephone banking
- Account2Account (bank transfer)
- debit/credit cards (there is 1.7% convenience fee)
- in-person at libraries with council services and NZ Post shops.
