Who we give rates information to
We give property rates information only to property owners listed on your account.
Exceptions
Solicitors
Solicitors acting on property owners' behalf in any property financial transaction, for example:
- property transfer
- sale of property
- refinance.
Property managers
Property managers working on property owners' behalf, as long as we have received the relevant documents (the property management authority contract).
Persons with Power of Attorney (POA)
Persons with POA or written permission to discuss information on the account.
We must have a copy of the POA or written permission on the account.
If we don't have a copy of POA, we will not give out any information.
A company representative
A company representative (if the property is owned by a company).
