Requesting a new bin on behalf of a tenant or owner
To request a new bin on behalf of a tenant or owner you must provide a copy of the Property Management Authority (PMA).
You should:
- submit the bin request
- email wasteservices@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz with the service request number, property address and PMA.
