Waitākere Resource Recovery Park (WRRP) accepts and treats waste before bringing it to a landfill or recycling facility. Waste collectors and the public can bring waste items not suitable for roadside collection.
You can also visit the Tipping Point, a community social enterprise operating alongside the transfer station that allows goods to keep circulating rather than being thrown into landfill.
All visitors must wear covered footwear - no bare feet or open-toed footwear such as sandals, jandals or crocs.
We no longer accept cash or cheques as payment.
