A property file contains documents about a property that are not included in a Land Information Memorandum (LIM) report. It may include:
A property file does not replace a LIM report. We recommend ordering both for a comprehensive view of your property information.
The file only includes work we know about. If work was done without consent, it will not be in the property file.
A property file will not contain all regional consent documents from the former Auckland Regional Council (ARC). Many of these were never digitised or included in the property information.
