The grant is targeted towards supporting the ongoing operational costs of key regional organisations through single or multi-year funding agreements.
An EOI is the first stage of a Strategic Relationship Grant. We recommend you contact a grants advisor to discuss your EOI well before the grant round closes. If we select your EOI, we will invite you to submit a full application.
Applicants will:
- be key capacity-building organisations – have a 'sector infrastructure role' that supports other sector organisations to develop and connect
- be cornerstone providers within their sector – deliver the highest level of expertise, or the highest quality service or experience
- have an acknowledged strategic leadership and brokerage role within their sector
- have the capability and capacity to think, work and advocate strategically at the regional level
- deliver work programmes and outcomes that clearly align to the council’s strategic outcomes and priorities
- have robust strategic and business plans already in place.
