To vary the conditions of existing resource consents LUC60333519, SUB60333660 and SUB60339537 (BUN60333616 council reference) to reflect changes consisting of the removal of vehicle parking spaces and two passing bays, and associated changes to the driveway design and formed manoeuvring, impervious and easement areas. Changes are also proposed to the internal layout of the existing dwelling within Lot 2 and proposed extension of the deck area in the southern quadrant. The boundary for Lot 2 will also be adjusted.
