Olympic Park Path

Enjoy a leisurely walk with the family around Olympic Park which straddles the Whau River. The path is great if you have kids learning to ride or scooter and you can stop along the way to play at several playground areas, a sandpit, or take a picnic and use the facilities at the park.

The path is sealed and suitable for wheel chairs. Between Thursday to Sunday 9am-1pm check out the EcoMatters Bike Hub which offers low cost bike maintenance and a range of other bike related service. There is a bike maintenance stand outside the bike hub available anytime.

There is parking available off both Wolverton Street and Portage Road. Other features: Public Toilets, picnic tables, sandpit, swings, half court basketball hoop and some art work around the path.
